)Overview
AI-powered PII detection and protection for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gmail, Outlook, and more
BeeSensible works like a spell-check for privacy. It runs quietly in the background while you type or paste in the tools you already use. As you write in AI tools, email, chat, or social media, sensitive details in your text get a colored underline the moment they appear. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and similar details are marked instantly, without breaking your flow. Standard sensitive details get an amber underline. Anything that deserves closer attention, like a bank account number or an ID, gets a red one. Either way, the mark stays visible until you act, so you always know what is in a message before you send it. A side panel lists everything BeeSensible found. For each item, you decide: remove it, replace it with a realistic stand-in (an AI tool still understands your prompt, because the structure stays intact), mask it behind a placeholder like [EMAIL], or leave it as is when sharing it makes sense. BeeSensible never changes your text on its own. You decide, every time. You can also open or drop in a PDF. BeeSensible shows what is sensitive in the document, so you can produce a clean, anonymized copy before you share it or send it to an AI tool or share it with someone. BeeSensible follows you across AI tools, email, chat, and social media, so privacy becomes part of how you already work, without a separate portal or a new habit to learn.
