Build BearPlans schedules from WashU Workday courses and save a chosen schedule back to Workday.

Plan your WashU courses using BearPlans, now directly in Workday. ADD COURSES DIRECTLY FROM WORKDAY There is no need to wait for courses to appear on BearPlans or search for them again on our website. As soon as a course is posted in WashU Workday and visible to you, open one of its results in Find Course Sections and click Add course to BearPlans. BearPlans automatically imports all usable sections and their current meeting times. Add each course once, then generate conflict-free schedule combinations. ADD YOUR SCHEDULE TO WORKDAY IN ONE STEP Once you choose a schedule in BearPlans, you do not need to add every course manually in Workday. Click Add to Workday, enter a schedule name, and confirm. The academic period is filled in automatically from your imported courses. BearPlans checks the exact sections and meeting times, creates a new Workday saved schedule, and adds and verifies every selected section automatically. This creates a saved schedule only. It does not register you for courses or change existing registrations. PRIVACY AND NOTES Imported courses are stored in Chrome extension storage. If sign-in is needed, sign in through WashU Workday normally. BearPlans does not collect passwords or verification codes. Requires Google Chrome and access to Washington University in St. Louis's Workday course search.
