Only certain apps that are defined as business apps are analyzed with basic usage information (whether the tool was used that day or not). This information is shared with your organization for specific purposes: - Security & compliance: To identify SaaS tools that may process PII under GDPR definitions. - Cost savings: To uncover unused or underutilized tools, helping the organization save on unnecessary licenses. Please be aware that the extension, under no circumstances, will be used to timetrack or monitor the employee.
