Overview
Live supply path analysis: OpenRTB schain, sellers.json verification, ads.txt audit on every web page. By BeamFlow.co.
Live supply path (SPO) audit: OpenRTB schain, sellers.json + ads.txt verification on every page. For publishers, SSPs, DSPs. BeamFlow Supply Path is a real-time supply path optimization (SPO) tool for any publisher website. Open the sidebar on any page and instantly see who is bidding, which intermediaries handled each bid, whether they are authorized in the publisher's ads.txt, and whether they appear in the SSP's sellers.json - with zero configuration. WHY SUPPLY PATH MATTERS Supply Path Optimization (SPO) is how DSPs, agencies, and SSPs decide which inventory paths to bid on. A clean supply path means: the publisher's ads.txt authorizes the SSP, the SSP's sellers.json lists the publisher, and the OpenRTB schain object on every bid request matches both. Anything else is a trust gap that costs CPMs. BeamFlow Supply Path makes those trust gaps visible page by page, in real time. WHO IT IS FOR - Publishers running ad ops: spot wrappers missing schain, find SSPs firing on unauthorized inventory, trace which intermediaries are duplicating supply, see which of your ads.txt lines (DIRECT vs RESELLER) are actually generating bids vs sitting unused. - SSPs and exchanges: see your own coverage and your competitors' on any publisher page. Confirm your sellers.json declarations match what the publisher actually has in ads.txt. Spot ads.txt-to-sellers.json mismatches before buyers do. - DSPs and agencies doing SPO: verify the chains you are buying through. Quickly identify long chains, ghost nodes, and gaps in ads.txt-to-sellers.json continuity. See which seller_ids on the wire are not in the publisher's ads.txt at all. - Ad-tech professionals: understand any publisher's bidstream in seconds. Useful for sales calls, RFP responses, partnership reviews, and competitive intelligence. WHAT IT SHOWS Per page, the sidebar surfaces: - Schain coverage: what percentage of bid requests carry an OpenRTB schain object, broken down with-schain vs without-schain. Click either to drill into which wrappers contribute. - ads.txt x sellers.json verification: for each SSP, a five-state verdict — verified, not in ads.txt, not in sellers.json, mismatch, sellers.json not crawled. Counts programmatic bids only; DSPs, identity providers, measurement vendors, and ad servers (GAM Direct / direct campaigns) are correctly excluded. - Winning bids by schain: bids that actually rendered (Prebid bidWon), split into with-schain vs without-schain with count, percentage, average CPM, and total CPM per bucket. - Per-wrapper / SSP breakdown: every wrapper hitting the page (PubMatic OpenWrap, Magnite Demand Manager, Index Exchange, OpenX, Amazon Publisher Services, Criteo, Sovrn, TripleLift, and more), with the count of bids per wrapper, schain coverage %, and authorization verdict. Click any wrapper to see the underlying ads.txt entries, which ones are used by which bids, and any seller_ids riding the bid stream that the publisher has not declared. - Unique schain patterns: every distinct supply chain seen on the page, visualized node-by-node with hop count, complete-flag status, and per-hop verification. - Ghost nodes: schain entries (asi/sid pairs) that BeamFlow's sellers.json crawl cannot confirm. Useful for spotting stale or fake hops. - CPM correlation: average and median CPM for bid responses on bidders that carry schain vs those that do not. PRIVACY FIRST This extension is local-only by default. It analyzes the bid stream entirely in your browser. No cookies, no IP addresses, no user IDs, no advertiser domains, no creative content, no full URLs, and no rendered page content ever leaves your machine. There is no telemetry, no analytics SDK, no usage tracking. If you optionally paste a BeamFlow API key in Settings, the extension uses it only to verify supply-path authorization. Each request sends just the publisher domain, the SSP domain, and optionally a single seller_id — nothing else. Full data inventory and source-code pointers: https://beamflow.co/privacy/extension HOW TO GET AN API KEY (OPTIONAL) Without a key, the extension still works for live schain analysis. With a key, the wrapper rows light up with verified / not in ads.txt / not in sellers.json verdicts cross-referenced against BeamFlow's sellers.json crawl. Get a key at https://beamflow.co/developers (free tier 20 calls/day, starter 500/day, enterprise 10K/day). BACKED BY THE BEAMFLOW CRAWL BeamFlow maintains an independent crawl of 362K+ ads.txt files, 60K+ app-ads.txt files, 145M+ row entries, and 2,000+ sellers.json files. The extension's verification calls cross-reference your live bid stream against this crawl — which is why the verdicts are meaningful and up to date.
