PromptevAI lets an AI agent you built in promptev work on websites in your own Chrome, beside you. You ask the agent in the promptev chat. The agent opens a page, reads it, clicks and types, as a person does. You see a picture of every step in the chat, and you can stop the agent at any moment. What it is for - Filling forms and moving data between web tools that have no connection to each other. - Looking things up on sites where you are already signed in. - Repeating a task on a website that you now do by hand. - Pointing at a part of a page and asking the agent about it. - Putting a file from your conversation into a page's upload field. You stay in control - You choose how the agent asks you: before every action, only before an action that changes something, or not at all. - The agent never types into a password field. You type passwords yourself. - The agent works in its own group of tabs, with a clear mark on the page while it works. - A Stop control is always on screen. - Browser pages and the extension store are closed to the agent. What you need - A promptev workspace (app.promptev.ai) where an admin has allowed browser use. - An agent with the Browser capability switched on. The extension does nothing by itself. It acts only when an agent of your own workspace sends a step, and it asks promptev for that step with your own sign-in. A step can reach this browser while the promptev chat is closed, for example a step you approved from your phone; you still see every step in the chat afterwards.
