PauseCart adds one small step between the click and the purchase. When you hit Add to Cart on a supported product page, a short overlay appears. It shows what you are about to buy, the price, and how that price compares to a day of your take-home pay. Then it waits. You can add it anyway, close the tab, or freeze the item for 72 hours and decide later. It is not a blocker. It does not stop you from buying anything, and it has no opinion about what you should do. The point is to make the decision a decision, instead of a reflex.
