Extension should URL encode links

When right-clicking on a link such as https://cms.unov.org/dcpms2/api/finaldocuments?Language=en&Symbol=A/AC.105/1265 the extension fails to URL encode the link before passing it to Google Drive. As a result, Google Drive interprets the "Symbol" parameter as a parameter for Google Drive and not part of the document URL, and thus the document fails to preview. The document will preview fine if the URL is corrected.

Upgrade to Google Chrome 63

I need upgrade to Google Chrome 63 or more due to I can't complete a government application for HOC (Housing Commission) because they say I need a higher Chrome setting, Chrome 63 or more.

stopped working

Great app, but stopped working today..I get a notification from google when i try to open this extension that it must be updated to their new api...

Break <a download> links

The download attribute force file download, so Chrome download a "viewer.html" file instead of open the viewer.
