ProSpeaking CallAssist Helper

Links the ProSpeaking CallAssist desktop app to the ViciDial webphone: injects soundboard/AI audio and drives the agent screen.

ProSpeaking CallAssist Helper is the browser half of ProSpeaking CallAssist, an internal tool used by Pro Speaking LLC agents on outbound fundraising calls. It does one thing: connect the CallAssist desktop application to the ViciDial agent webphone running in this browser. What it does • Plays soundboard and AI-generated voice audio from the desktop app into the live call, so the agent's script is spoken consistently. • Drives the agent screen on the agent's behalf — filling lead fields, submitting a call disposition, hanging up, and transferring — actions the agent would otherwise do by hand. Where it runs Only on the ViciDial agent pages (voiceprospeaking.com, viciphone.com) and on localhost/127.0.0.1, which is how it reaches the desktop app on the same machine. Where data goes Nowhere. The extension's only network connection is a WebSocket to 127.0.0.1 on the same computer. It contains no remote code — everything is bundled into the package — and it sends nothing to any server.
