Awesome button to open up the Chrome print page in a new tab or window.

Version 1.2.0.1 Notes: Update for Chrome 71.0.3578.98. Version 1.0.1.9 Notes: Mandatory update to Chrome Extension Manifest version 2. Version 1.0.1.1 Notes: Chrome 17 has been updated such that the print preview window is no longer presented in a new tab. Now the print preview window opens up in a child window in the current tab. This broke the 'open in New Window' feature. To compensate for this, the Awesome Print Button version 1.0.1.1 'open in New Window' option now duplicates the selected tab in a new window, and then triggers the Chrome print preview window.
