Otter to Spreadsheet

Export your Otter meetings to one CSV or XLSX. Runs locally, never uploads your data.

Otter will give you one transcript at a time. If you want all your meetings in one spreadsheet, you are clicking the same three buttons thirty times. This extension reads the Otter meeting list you are already looking at, opens each meeting, and writes one CSV or XLSX file. WHAT IT COLLECTS • Title — as Otter shows it on the card • Time — the clock time from the card subtitle, e.g. 12:01 PM • Duration — e.g. 3 min • Owner — who the meeting belongs to • Folder — Otter's own folder name, e.g. General • Link — a direct link back to that meeting • Summary — optional, read from the meeting's Summary tab • Action items — optional, read from the Action Items tab • Full transcript — opt-in, because it makes the file large HOW IT WORKS 1. Open your Otter meeting list and sign in as usual. 2. Click the extension icon, then "Start collecting this list". 3. It scrolls the list, opens each meeting, reads the tabs, and reports progress. 4. Export CSV or XLSX. If the page has a "next page" button it will follow it, up to 100 meetings per run. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not log in to Otter, and it never calls Otter's API. It reads the page you are already signed in to, so it sees exactly what your plan lets you see. • It does not guess a calendar date. Otter's cards only expose the clock time, so there is no date column — we would rather leave it out than invent it. • It does not write an empty file when Otter changes its layout. You get a clear error instead. PRIVACY Everything runs inside your browser. No server, no analytics, no network requests. The extension asks only for activeTab, scripting, storage and downloads — no host permissions, so it cannot read pages you have not clicked on. Your meetings never leave your computer.
