Boa tarde. Gostaria de cancelar a versão paga, no entanto não encontro esta opção.

refund of payment

Hello. I would like to return the payment that was debited from my card today.
I don't want to keep my subscription because I no longer need the app for work.
But the money was still debited almost a week after I canceled the subscription.
This is not a very pleasant surprise. Please refund and cancel my subscription.
