Overview

Automatically stack new related tabs in the browser’s native tab groups. Preserve pinned tabs and separate windows.

This extension is meant to be providing the lowest possible permissions. Besides future limitations and maintenance, this extension will likely not have any new features. The group name is randomized rather than obtained from the current tab to have the lowest amount of permissions as possible (i did not want this extension to have tab read access). How this extension work: Any navigation coming from the current page will automatically create a new group and append the newly opened tab to it. For example, hitting "Open Link in a New Tab" in context menu or middle clicking will trigger this event. This is similar to Vivaldi's "As Tab Stack with Related Tab". If you dislike the fact that this extension was created with AI help, that's completely understandable. Repo: https://github.com/Quince-Pie/tab-gantry
