SoldKeep — eBay Calculator & Sold Comps
Overview
See the median of your eBay sold comps above the results and your profit after fees on five eBay sites.
What will it go for, and what will you take home after fees? SoldKeep sums up your eBay sold comps right above the search results, tells you what a seller keeps on the items you open, works out your profit in the listing form and does the math in a popup wherever you are. eBay is a trademark of its owner. SoldKeep is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Beyond the US, it knows the fee rules of the UK, Canada, Australia and Germany. Each national site keeps its own fee table, tax rules and currency. Private and business accounts are both covered. Where to start 1. Press the extension icon and pick your marketplace. 2. Sign in and search with the Sold filter. 3. A summary appears right above the results. 4. Type what you paid to see what you keep at the median. 📊 Sold results summary • Median, middle half, minimum and maximum • How many made it into the stats and the latest date • Separate auction and Buy It Now medians • A condition filter built from the cards you see • A second figure with shipping when most cards show it Parts-only finds, lots and as-is goods are left out, and so are outliers far from the rest. Outside the US, goods shipped from abroad are set aside too, so the stats reflect domestic sales; when too few of those remain, the goods from abroad count after all. Each group sits in a chip with a number, and one click brings it back. Only what is already loaded is used: up to 240 when you choose that page size, nothing fetched in the background. 🔎 On item pages Under the asking figure you see what is left for the seller after fees, by account type where one is shown, with every charge in Details. See sold comps opens a matching search in a new tab, and Use my cost hands the details to the popup, where you enter the rest. 🏷️ In the listing form While you fill in Complete your listing, the badge works as an eBay profit calculator. A short note under the asking price gives your take-home amount, with the margin once you add what you paid. Expand the breakdown to see each fee on its own row. For an auction it goes by the starting bid, with Buy It Now next to it. It only reads the form and never changes it. 🧮 Calculator on any page The toolbar icon brings up an eBay fee calculator, wherever you are: • The marketplace you use and the country you are registered in • Price, shipping and sales tax where checkout adds it • Category, Store tier or plan, as well as seller type and level • VAT or GST status, or province, where they apply • Promoted General rate, international fee and currency conversion • What you paid, postage label, other costs and a custom final value fee You get your net, the margin, ROI, the break-even point and the highest Promoted General rate that leaves you at or above zero. The second tab, Find my price, works backwards from the amount or margin you want to end up with. Pick UK private, or Australia without a plan, and you can start from what shoppers see with Buyer Protection and get the asking price to set. Try an example fills in sample numbers. Not included: Promoted Priority (cost per click), Store subscriptions, insertion and dispute charges. Who it helps • Resellers sourcing a haul who need a quick, honest number • Anyone preparing a draft who wants the margin before publishing • Card, comic and book dealers, whose categories have their own fee levels Privacy • Reads: only the page you opened, inside your browser. • Saves: only your own inputs and settings, synced by Chrome like any extension setting. • Sends: nothing. No analytics, no account, no server. FAQ Why do I have to sign in? Past results are visible only to signed-in users. Sign in as usual on each marketplace; SoldKeep needs no password of its own. Which countries does it cover? Besides the US, it covers the UK, Canada, Australia and Germany. The calculator handles all five; so do the summary and the item line, and the badge wherever its form is supported. Do private sellers in the UK and Germany pay anything? Usually no final value fee and no per-order fee. Still, the international fee and promoted ads apply, and both are deducted. In Britain, Buyer Protection is added on top for the buyer, so medians there already hold it and the popup shows both figures. Why are parts or lots included for some queries? When your query itself asks for them, with a word like parts, broken or lot, they stay in, and a note explains why. What does the accepted offer flag mean? When a sale ends with an accepted offer, the site crosses out the asking figure and hides what was really paid. These are flagged with a number and kept out of the stats. How much goes to fees on a typical order? In the US, without a Store, most categories pay 13.6% of the total up to $7,500, tax included, plus $0.30 or $0.40 per order. Every fee is on its own line, so you know the exact amount before you publish. Are fees charged on delivery and tax too? Yes. The final value fee is charged on the whole total, delivery and any sales tax included, and SoldKeep does the same. That tax comes from the buyer, so it is never part of your profit. Why might my statement differ by a few cents? Each fee is rounded to the cent on its own, and the marketplace does not publish how it rounds, so your statement can be a cent or two apart. What if I am registered in another country? The fee table of the site where you list applies. Registration changes the international fee, currency conversion and the tax on each fee: set it under More options, along with your own final value fee rate if you have one. Only residents get the zero-fee rules. Does it cost anything? There is no payment, no account and no usage limit. Where do I report a problem? Use Report a problem in the popup, the summary, the item line or the badge; it opens an email to support. If it saves you a few minutes on your next haul, please rate it in the store.
