Aircall Dialer

Its worked really well for us. High tech with AI and integrates with Hubspot our crm.

chrome extension is not working. You have to log in and log out all the time if you are inactive for a certain period of time or even remove the extension and reinstall. I also could not log in sometimes. Overall not a smooth call experience like it was in the past. In that stage, I can´t recommend Aircall anymore, as it seems their code has bugs since they added more and more features. It was working well few years ago when there were less features. The support could not help as well!

I'm not even able to log into the extension after downloading it (just stalls at signing in), very bad first impression of the browser extension.

Same as what everyone else is saying. Constantly having to log out and back in and sometimes even uninstalling and reinstalling this extension and restarting my PC doesn't even work. Contacted support and they acted like this was no big deal and suggested I do what I've already tried and that doing it once should be enough. It's not.

Great in theory WHEN IT WORKS. I have to constantly restart my whole computer just to get it to work, if they can work out these bugs this would be a GAME CHANGER

I would give it zero if I could. After jumping through all of their formatting hoops, their dialer was still unusable. I tried in our CRM and Google Sheets - complete waste of time.

SSO Authentication against Google doesn't work Dialer doesn't work. What a shame!

Soooo many glitches , slow connection, inaccurate stats from reps. How can A rep make 48 calls if not here for the day??? We run our business on performance so this is allll wrong. I do not recommended aircall . Response time is too long as well when I have an issue ive just gave up
