I installed this mainly to block dumbass comments and that feature doesn't work anymore

Can't block comments anymore and half the videos don't actually get blocked

Youtube sees this as an adblocker, making it useless to use.

The new YouTube update with the whole (garbage) UI change for desktops/laptops broke the feature to block comments as well so there is no way to block morons, s***stains and annoying people who are very unpleasant to deal with. But when this app was working as intended it was really good blocking out the content I don't want at all. These features SHOULD OF been on youtube by default but that is the place to support "Mental Health" by ignoring the average youtuber experience. Please develop... Show more

Works for videos but not for shorts. I think... I am using uBlock Origin, maybe that has something to do with it. Copying the YT Short ID and running it as a normal video allows me to block the video or the channel so there is a little workaround which is fine by me.

It´s a PHENOMENAL extension that I´ve been using for a long time, to the point I think watching Youtube without it should be illegal. However, and like many people said before, many features are broken since the last Youtube updates. I BEG you, Mr. Developer, to fix this as soon as you possibly can. Thanks a lot!

It seems that BlockTube might be conflicting with uBlock Origin, a popular ad-blocking extension for YouTube. When both are enabled, they might not work together as expected.
