You see why a job scored what it did. • Watches your Upwork find-work feed while it's open and tells you when a strong match appears, so you can bid early. • Drafts the cover letter and the screening-question answers from your imported profile and your own templates, and fills them into Upwork's apply form for you to review. • Tracks which proposals got replies, so you learn which templates work. • Works for agencies too: shared templates, roles and invites.
