Cashfeed Invoice Fetcher

Collects invoices from the online services you use and adds them to Cashfeed, so none goes missing from your books.

Many online services never email their invoices. They sit on an account or billing page you have to remember to visit, and every month one of them goes missing from your books. Cashfeed Invoice Fetcher collects them for you. Once an hour, while Chrome is open, it opens the account pages of the services you use in the background, picks up any invoice it has not seen before and adds the PDF to your Cashfeed organisation. From there Cashfeed treats it like any other incoming invoice: it is read, matched to its supplier and bank transaction, and ready to book. It covers a growing list of services, from AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor to web shops such as Coolblue. The extension's popup shows every service it supports. How it works: • Stay logged into Cashfeed and into the services you use, in the same Chrome profile. The extension never asks for or stores a password. • Pick the Cashfeed organisation the invoices belong to. Every supported service is fetched by default; skip the ones you do not want. • Choose from which date invoices are fetched. By default that is one month back. • The popup shows per service what it is doing and what it found. If a session expires, it says so and takes you straight to the login page. Requires a Cashfeed account with permission to upload invoices (Owner, Admin or Approver). Not affiliated with the services it fetches invoices from.
