Bayan answers your customers from your company's own knowledge, on any website you already work in. Select a customer's message on any page (a help desk, a chat, an e-mail, a social inbox) and Bayan appears beside it. Pick a reply template, write the reply from your uploaded knowledge base, or rewrite and translate your own draft. Then copy the answer or insert it into the reply box. What you can do • Write a reply from your company's knowledge base, in the customer's language • Rewrite selected text in a chosen tone (professional, formal, friendly, casual, persuasive, concise) or fix its grammar • Translate a message or your reply • Keep your own reply templates and use them in one click • Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Y (Command+Shift+Y on Mac) to rewrite the selected text • Arabic and English interface, right-to-left aware How it works You sign in with your Bayan account. The extension only reads text that you select, and only when you ask Bayan to act on it; it sends that text to your Bayan workspace to produce the answer.
