Overview
Warns on exact two-minute system clock intervals when battery is 20% or lower and not charging.
Battery Warning keeps you from getting caught with a dead laptop. It checks your system's battery level every two minutes, right on the clock (10:00, 10:02, 10:04, etc.), and if you're at 20% or lower and not plugged in, it shows an on-screen alert and plays a short audio tink so you notice even if you're not looking at the screen. The alert intensifies as your battery drops — the color shifts from yellow to red and the number of tinks increases from 1 (at 20%) up to 5 rapid tinks (below 5%) — so you get a real sense of urgency as things get critical. If your battery is charging or the level is holding steady/increasing, the warning stays off, so you're never nagged for no reason. Battery Warning only reads your device's battery level and charging status — it never reads or modifies anything on the pages you visit. Includes a 7-day free trial, after which a subscription is required to continue.
