BatonoTalk

Overview
AI reply assistant for hotel guest communication.
BatonoTalk helps people who handle customer and guest conversations reply faster — without handing the conversation over to a bot. Read the incoming message, press one key (Alt+A), and BatonoTalk drafts a reply from your own knowledge and tone settings, then places it right in the message input. You review it and hit Send. You stay in control of every message. WORKS WHERE YOU ALREADY WORK • WhatsApp Web • Telegram Web • Booking.com (Extranet messaging) • Airbnb (host inbox) HOW IT WORKS 1. A guest or customer writes to you on a supported page. 2. You press Alt+A. 3. A small overlay appears. Press Enter to generate a reply right away, or first type a short direction — a decision, a tone note, or a fact only you know — and then Enter. 4. The reply is generated in a few seconds and inserted into the message field. 5. You review, edit if needed, and send. One tap lets you rate the reply. YOU STAY IN CONTROL The extension never reads pages or chats on its own. It reads the visible conversation only at the exact moment you press the hotkey, and only on the page you chose to act on. MULTILINGUAL Reply in the guest's language automatically, or pick a target language for each message. Requires a BatonoTalk account.
