Batchboard for Canva — bulk prompt runner
Overview
Queue prompts, run them on Canva one after another, and save every result to a folder you choose. Works offline. No account.
Batchboard turns Canva's AI image generation into a queue you can walk away from. Paste a list of prompts, press start, and Batchboard runs them one after another in your own Canva tab, downloading every generated image to a folder you choose with filenames you control. Close the side panel and the run keeps going. WHAT IT DOES - Queue as many prompts as you like — paste them one per line, or import a .txt, .csv or .tsv file - Set how many images each prompt should produce - Choose the download folder and a filename pattern like {n}-{prompt}-{i}, with a live preview - Watch a progress bar with one cell per prompt: grey queued, amber working, green saved, red failed - Pause, resume or stop mid-run - Read a timestamped activity log, copy it, or export the results as a CSV - Light and dark themes BUILT TO KEEP RUNNING Long batches fail in boring ways, so Batchboard is built around them. Each prompt starts from a fresh page, which keeps prompt fifty behaving like prompt one. If the page reloads for any reason the run picks itself up and carries on. Prompts are typed and then read back to confirm they registered before anything is submitted. Failures are retried, and when a site limit is reached the whole run stops immediately instead of grinding through the rest of your queue. WHEN THE SITE CHANGES Every tool that drives a website breaks when that website is redesigned. Batchboard is built so you can repair it yourself in about ten seconds. Open Setup and run the page check. It lists everything Batchboard needs to find and tells you what is missing. Press "Point at it", click the element on the page, and the fix is saved on your machine and applies to your next run. There is also a check that shows exactly which images would be saved and why, so you can confirm the right thing is being picked up before starting a long batch. Nothing is fetched from a server to make this work. The selectors ship inside the extension. PRIVACY Batchboard makes no network requests. Not one. There is no account, no sign-in, no usage cap and no paid tier. There is no analytics, no error reporting and no page opened on install. Your prompts, settings and images are stored in your browser and never leave it. The only thing that goes to your disk is the images you asked to download. GOOD TO KNOW Runs are sequential by design. Firing several prompts at one page in parallel is where these tools start dropping results and mislabelling files, and the time saved is small next to generation time. Batchboard drives Canva's own interface using your own account and your own plan allowance. It does not bypass limits, unlock paid features, or access anything you could not reach yourself. Your Canva plan's terms and AI quota still apply — check what your plan permits before running a large batch. Batchboard is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva. "Canva" is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd, used here only to describe what this extension works with.
