Basis Calculator (Live TV Injected)
Overview
Real-time spread and premium calculator for Gold and NASDAQ futures vs spot/CFD prices. Integrates directly into TradingView.
Basis Calculator is a powerful, floating overlay widget that integrates directly into your TradingView chart interface to help you calculate real-time premiums and spreads between futures and spot prices. Key Features: - Real-time Premium Tracking: Directly overlays and calculates the difference between futures and spot prices (e.g. GC=F vs XAUUSD, NQ=F vs NDX). - Custom Symbol CRUD Manager: Easily add, edit, or delete customized instrument pairs (like BTC, EURUSD) on the fly via the built-in overlay form. - Intelligent DOM Scraping: Scrapes real-time prices directly from your active TradingView Watchlist DOM, ramping refresh rates up to 1 second. - Automatic API Fallback: Automatically falls back to Yahoo Finance API fetching if a symbol is not present in your active watchlist. - Mini-Card Minimized State: Collapse the widget into a single-line micro bar showing only the GOLD premium. Avoids chart clutter while keeping you updated. - Drag & Drop Layout: Move the widget anywhere on your chart and let it automatically remember its position. How to use: 1. Load your TradingView chart. The widget floats at the bottom-right corner. 2. Select any chart symbol. The corresponding card highlights automatically. 3. Drag the header to position the widget. 4. Click "-" to collapse the widget into a clean single-line bar. Click again to expand. 5. Use the "Add Symbol" form to register custom asset configurations.
