Overview

Download every attachment from an Airtable table, view or whole base as organized ZIP files – renamed, foldered, with an index.csv.

Airtable has no "download all attachments" button. BaseDrop adds it. Pick a base, a table (or a filtered view) and the attachment fields – BaseDrop saves every file into organized ZIP files, with an index.csv that maps each file back to its record. WHAT YOU GET • Whole table, a specific view (keeps its filters & sort), or an entire base (Pro) • Choose which attachment fields to include • Rename files after any field: {field:Client} - {field:Name} - {n} (Pro) • One folder per record, including nested folders like {field:Status}/{field:Name} (Pro) • index.csv: table, record ID, field, original name, saved name, size, status • Large exports split into multiple ZIP parts automatically • Rate-limit-safe (stays under Airtable's 5 requests/second), automatic retries • Shows how many Airtable API calls each run used – handy on the Free plan (1 call per 100 records) PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Uses the official Airtable Web API with your own read-only personal access token • Token stays in your browser; files go straight from Airtable to your computer • No analytics, no ads, no data sent to our servers FREE VS PRO Free: up to 50 files per run, original file names. Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription): unlimited files, rename templates, folders, whole-base export, up to 3 browsers. HOW TO START 1. Create a token at airtable.com/create/tokens with data.records:read and schema.bases:read, and add your bases. 2. Click the BaseDrop icon, paste the token, choose what to download, click Download ZIP. BaseDrop is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airtable.
