I'm giving this 5 stars because for me, it does its job. Beggars can't be choosers. When you zoom in, it zooms to the top-left of the image (not where you point the cursor) but you can drag the image afterwards to see what you want. Also, the zoom is very slow. I would prefer not having to turn the mouse wheel so much to zoom in. But you know what? Doesn't work. Open in new window, no effect by mouse-wheel or clicking. There must be a working zoomer? Is this the only one?

I'm not sure what the others are complaining about, as this extension works as advertised for me and does not require as many permissions as similar extensions. When I <right-click> on an image in a web page and select "Open Image in New Tab", the image in the new tab will be automatically zoomed in to fit the browser window. I can then use the scroll-wheel or the <Cmd-+/-> keys (tested on a mac with an amazon basics USB mouse) to zoom in/out and click-drag to pan around the image. While the ... Show more
