Overview
Capture browser process steps with notes, screenshots and visual annotations, then export a clear SOP.
Turn everyday browser tasks into clear, visual process documentation as you work. SOP Snap helps you capture a process step by step without having to recreate it from memory afterwards. Simply name your process, describe what you’re doing, and capture the current step. For each step, SOP Snap can capture the page title, URL and a screenshot of the visible browser tab. You can then add arrows or boxes to highlight exactly where someone needs to click or what they need to look at. When your process is complete, copy a clean text SOP draft or export a visual SOP with your screenshots and instructions included. SOP Snap is useful for creating: • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Employee onboarding guides • Training documentation • Process handovers • Recurring task instructions • Internal knowledge resources Your captured process information and screenshots are stored locally in Chrome and are not transmitted to Tech Media Éire. SOP Snap is created by Tech Media Éire, an Irish Learning & Development and process consultancy helping businesses turn everyday knowledge into clear, repeatable training and processes.
