Deletes 'ignored user' posts from the shoutbox.

https://forums.bannister.org/ Allows logged in users to IGNORE other users but displays 'ignored user' in the chat widget. This extension eliminates the 'ignored user' comments, displaying a seamless chat experience while eliminating chats from all user(s) that have been ignored.
