)Overview
Chrome extension to hide sponsored products from Amazon search results, showing you more of the stuff you were actually looking for
This is a very simple Chrome extension which just does one thing - it hides sponsored items in the Amazon online store using CSS attributes. No more "Sponsored" items, no more "Featured from our brands" etc :-) Source code, such as it is, can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/martin-hamilton/banish-amazon-sponsored Updated Feb 2023: revised to take account of Amazon's latest technique for smuggling sponsored items onto the page after it has loaded. Cheeky!
