A Bandcamp companion for continuous playback, queues, playlists, cart backups, activity, and DJ controls.

WHAT’S NEW IN BANDKIT 1.4 • Dig (beta) serves one Bandcamp discovery at a time, with page-aware starting points, detailed filters, gestures, keyboard controls, autoplay and Wishlist actions. • The smarter Library searches your Collection and Wishlist by release, artist, track, tag or note. Combine advanced filters, save smart crates and perform bulk queue, playlist or download actions. • Play exact tracks, add them to playlists or your Wishlist, or place priced tracks directly into your Bandcamp cart. • Choose and arrange Bandcamp header buttons and up to three music-bar controls. • Customise playback, volume, Dig and navigation shortcuts. The music bar also includes compact volume and mute controls. • Download purchases from Bandcamp’s thank-you page using the same selection, format and progress tools available in Collection. ABOUT BANDKIT Bandkit is a free, independent Bandcamp companion for continuous playback, music discovery, collection management, playlists, downloads, cart recovery, listening history and DJ tools. Its customisable music bar and companion panel remain available as you browse supported Bandcamp pages. PLAYBACK AND DISCOVERY • Continue playback while navigating between supported Bandcamp pages. • Control Bandcamp and Bandkit from one synchronised player with seeking, artwork, track links, Picture-in-Picture and fullscreen visualisation. • Use Dig (beta) to explore by tag, location, format, release date, track length, popularity, price and more. • Filter your signed-in Feed to show only New Releases, then return to the complete Feed. • Use keyboard controls for playback, track changes, seeking, volume, Dig and other actions. Press ? to view the shortcut guide and customise individual keys. LIBRARY AND PLAYLISTS • Search and organise your Collection and Wishlist with filters, personal tags, notes and smart crates. • Build persistent queues and saved playlists with reordering, shuffle, and replace-or-append playback. • Access playlists created on your Bandcamp profile alongside Bandkit playlists. • Import and export portable Bandkit playlists. • Use quick actions across releases, Discover, Feed, Search, Collection and Wishlist to play, inspect, save or open music. DOWNLOADS AND SHOPPING • Select and download purchased releases from Collection or Bandcamp’s thank-you page. • Choose a download format and monitor, pause, retry, cancel or reveal downloads in their folder. Download permission is requested only when needed. • Add tracks and releases to your Bandcamp Wishlist or cart without leaving your current workflow. • Automatically keep a local recovery copy of your cart. • Save named cart snapshots, restore supported items, preserve mixed currencies and export readable HTML backups. ACTIVITY AND DJ TOOLS • Keep a private local history of music played through Bandkit and export it as a readable activity log. • Analyse supported tracks locally for BPM, musical key and waveform information. • Use optional tempo controls, tap tempo, Master Tempo, gain, three-band EQ, filters, beat loops and adjustable jog controls. APPEARANCE AND CONTROL • Choose floating, docked, compact or expanded layouts. • Adjust player size, artwork, opacity, timelines and visible controls. • Scale Bandcamp pages and the Bandkit player and panels independently, including separate settings for different page types. • Choose and arrange Bandcamp header buttons and up to three music-bar actions. Remaining actions stay in the overflow menu. • Use dynamic page colours, built-in light and dark palettes, or custom themes with import and export. • Optionally apply your selected theme to supported Bandcamp pages. • Enable responsive layouts for legacy Bandcamp pages while preserving their native content, controls and purchasing options. BACKUP AND ACCESSIBILITY • Create portable backups of playlists, carts, Library data, settings, themes and activity. • Restore backups by merging them with the current installation and enable optional backup reminders. • Navigate with the keyboard and use accessible labels, tooltips, visible focus states and contrast-aware colours. • Delete all locally stored Bandkit data from Settings. FREE AND PRIVATE Bandkit has no subscriptions, advertising, analytics or paid feature tiers. Settings and saved content remain locally in Chrome, and Bandkit has no developer-operated data server. Bandkit does not bypass access controls, place orders or handle payment information. Playback and downloads use content made available to you by Bandcamp and remain subject to Bandcamp’s availability and restrictions. Optional donations are processed by Stripe. Feedback is sent only when you deliberately submit Bandkit’s public Notion form.
