BananaJobz Autofill fills in job application forms using the profile you already keep in BananaJobz — your name, contact details, work history, education, links and resume. It runs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters the moment you install it, and on any other application form you turn it on for — one site at a time, by name, from the popup. It can also save postings from Workday, Indeed and LinkedIn straight into your BananaJobz tracker. What makes it different is what it refuses to do. It never submits an application — you review every field and click send yourself. It never answers equal-opportunity, veteran or disability questions unless you have written those answers yourself in Settings and switched that section on. Work authorization, sponsorship, salary, notice period and start date are filled only from an answer you wrote yourself; where you have not written one the field is left blank and listed for you, never guessed at.
