Ballpark — Agent Assist

Fills a customer's details from Ballpark into carrier and agent portals, so agents don't re-key the same quote twice.

Stop typing the same quote twice. Ballpark — Agent Assist is for licensed insurance agents. You enter a customer once on the Ballpark agent portal; then, on whatever carrier or agent portal you open next — Progressive, Dairyland, National General, TurboRater, Quomation, and more — you click the Ballpark button and the extension fills in the fields it recognizes: name, address, date of birth, driver's license, vehicle/VIN, mileage, prior insurance, and the rest. You review and click Next. No re-keying, no copy-paste, no transcription errors. How it works: enter the customer on the Ballpark Full Quote page, open any carrier or agent portal in a new tab, then click the Ballpark toolbar button and pick the driver. The extension fills the visible fields it has data for — you stay in control and submit yourself. Works on portals it's never seen. Ballpark classifies each field by its label, name, and options, so it fills forms without a hand-built template for every carrier. Built for agents, careful with data. It reads a page only when you click the button (per-tab activeTab access) — it does not run in the background on your other browsing. The customer's details are held transiently and can be cleared any time from the popup. It never collects Social Security numbers, browsing history, or your portal passwords.
