Balady Lab (Balady UX Lab) هو مختبر تجربة مستخدم داخل المتصفح لاختبار جودة خدمات ومواقع بلدي مباشرة على البيئة الحيّة (Production). يوفّر المختبر اختبارات قابليّة الاستخدام في البيئة الحيّة مع المستخدم الفعلي لضمان الجودة ومواءمة التجربة مع احتياجات المستفيدين وتوقعاتهم. وخلال التصفح يتيح لك تشغيل معايير التقييم والأسئلة التفاعلية داخل الصفحة، وتوثيق الملاحظات وربطها بالصفحات والعناصر المتأثرة، ثم تجميع النتائج لتسهيل المراجعة والمتابعة مع الفريق وتحويلها لتحسينات قابلة للتنفيذ. أبرز المزايا: اختبار وتقييم التجربة أثناء استخدام الخدمة نفسها. أسئلة/معايير تفاعلية تظهر داخل الصفحة بشكل منظم. توثيق الملاحظات وربطها بالصفحة أو العنصر. نتائج واضحة تساعد على تحسينات أسرع ودقيقة.
