Audition Tracker Connect for Gmail helps casting agents send open casting emails straight into Audition Tracker Connect. What it does: • Adds a “Send to Connect” button in Gmail’s toolbar when a message is open • Captures the casting breakdown text and useful links • Tries to include sides PDFs when Gmail exposes them • Opens the draft in Connect so you can pick actors and send How to use: 1. Install this extension 2. Sign in at connect.auditiontracker.co.uk → Import → Pair Gmail extension 3. Open a casting email in Gmail and click Send to Connect (or use Alt+Shift+C) Notes: • Pairing stores your Connect site URL and agency ingest token on this device so drafts go only to your agency • Some Gmail attachments cannot be read by browser extensions — if a PDF is missing, use Add PDF on the Connect draft, or forward the email to your Connect address • Forwarding to your Connect inbound address remains available as a backup for sides This extension is for agencies using Audition Tracker Connect. It is not a general Gmail client and does not read your mailbox in the background.
