A lightweight Chrome / Edge / Firefox extension (Manifest V3) that automatically refreshes an allow-listed set of IDS 360 / Service CRM work queues — Service "My Work", Sales "Leads", and dashboards — so new tasks appear without anyone hitting refresh. Everything not on the allow-list is blocked by default, and a block-list overrides the allow-list as a safety net so customer records and pages users are actively working in never reload under them. Matching is done on the URL back-half (everything after the domain, e.g. /scrm/#/mywork), which makes it host-agnostic — it works on every dealer subdomain of *.integrateddealersystems.com with no edits.
