Overview

Batch-translate text into many languages at once with an LLM. Keeps placeholders intact and your terminology consistent.

LangFill translates one piece of text into many languages in a single pass, using an LLM you bring your own key for. It exists because translating interface copy one language at a time is slow and error-prone. Paste twenty strings, pick your languages, and get every translation back in seconds — reviewed side by side before you use any of it. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM A GENERIC TRANSLATOR • Placeholders survive. Tokens like {{customer_name}}, %1$s and <b> are preserved exactly. LangFill also verifies them afterwards and flags any string where a token went missing, changed, or appeared from nowhere — the single most common way machine translation quietly breaks software copy. • Your terminology is enforced. A glossary makes specific renderings mandatory, a do-not-translate list protects brand and product names, and a product-context field disambiguates words a translator would otherwise guess at. • Address form is consistent. Machine translators pick formal or informal per string, so two lines in the same flow end up addressing the reader differently. LangFill chooses once per market — formal for French, German and Eastern Europe; informal for the Nordics, where the formal form reads as archaic — and applies it to everything. • You edit before you commit. Every translation is editable in the review. Fix a comma, reword a phrase, or write one yourself. The placeholder check re-runs on what you type. BRING YOUR OWN KEY LangFill has no server and no account. You pick a supported LLM provider, add your own API key for it, and the extension talks to that provider directly from your browser. The supported providers are listed on the extension's options page; several of them have free tiers that need no credit card. Add more than one key and LangFill falls back automatically when a provider hits its quota. WORKS WITH SPRINKLR ASSET MANAGER If you author assets in Sprinklr, LangFill can read an asset's own fields on the Translation tab, translate them, show you the result, and fill the target language tabs for you. It never presses Save — that stays your decision. EXPORTS Copy any single string, a whole language, or the lot as TSV, CSV or JSON.
