(Very minor issue) Innacurate time
It seems like the extension uses the operating system's time. Since not many people sync their OS time, it would be better if the extension synced to a server with a more accurate time.
Anyways, this is a good extension!

Numbers clipped on Mac
On Chrome for Mac, bold font and heavier padding make the time clipped at the right and left edges, when displaying times having wider numbers.

Time wrong on laptop wake from sleep
Reported by a beta tester: after closing lid on laptop, having lunch, coming back: time is an hour off. Changing preferences corrects this.
