Fixes various issues within the RAF Air Cadets Project Bader system

Fixes a variety if issues that are within Air Cadets Project Bader, any issues you have with Cadet Portal (or any other Bader site) please contact me through the email further down the page and I will endeavour to try and fix them. Current list of issues fixed by this extension: - Error text is far too large and the background image tiles weirdly, the extensions makes error text formatted the same as the main sign in page and causes the background images to fill the size of the screen so you don't see where it repeats. - NEW V2.0: Swaps the American date format in events (MM/DD/YYYY) to normal (DD/MM/YYYY). I will add this to any other instances of American date format as and when I find them.
