Backlog Notification Group

Notification group function for backlog 1.10.14

* Supported only for backlog version 1.10.14 (Might work with 1.10.* but not tested) In, Backlog version 1.10.14, you have to choose user every time you want to notify and it is not productive to select multiple same user every time. Add your backlog version 1.10.14 site to the site list and Backlog Notification Group allows you to group multiple users and reselect them later for notification. You can make multiple groups and the group setting is linked to your google account so it won't go away even if you logout backlog. Backlog Notification Group also has auto select functionality.
