I wanted a way to see backlinks that wouldn't break my bank account that was actually free so i made this. Backlinks Sleuth is a subscription free chrome extension for viewing backlinks. It is powered by dataforseo.com which is a pay as you go service which is great for people like me that don't want to be saddled with subscriptions. To use the extension, once its installed click the icon to open the window, input your dataforseo.com details and save. After that you're all good to start viewing backlinks. You backlinks reports can be exported as csv files or pdfs. Hopefully this is helps you.
