Integration platform providing database driven screen pops. The B1 Communications app integrates with back-office applications using APIs. By leveraging APIs the B1 Communications extension will search any internal database and present the findings in a new window. The B1 Communications app also recognizes any phone number presented in Google Chrome and transforms it into a clickable link for seamless click to dial.
