Overview

Convert and compare timestamps including .NET ticks, DateTime, and Unix formats across multiple timezones, everything done locally.

AzenTicks (previously DevTicks) is a lightweight Chrome extension that helps developers convert and compare timestamps quickly and accurately. It brings together .NET ticks, DateTime values, and Unix timestamps in one place, allowing you to understand and verify time data without switching tools. You can also view the same moment across multiple timezones with daylight saving awareness. Everything runs locally in your browser, with no external services involved. Key Features • Unified timestamp converter Work with DateTime, .NET ticks, Unix seconds, and milliseconds in a single view, with values updating instantly. • Start and end of day tick helpers Generate boundary values for a given date to simplify queries, filters, and scheduled job validation. • Multi-timezone comparison View a timestamp across selected timezones with offsets, relative differences, and daylight saving context. • JSON copy and export Copy individual results or export structured data for debugging, tickets, or collaboration. • Local conversion history Keep recent conversions available for repeated testing and troubleshooting workflows. • Privacy-friendly by design No permissions required, no tracking, and no data leaves your device. Useful For • Debugging .NET or C# logs that contain tick values • Verifying timestamps in API requests and responses • Building SQL or MongoDB date boundary queries • Comparing incident times across distributed teams • Preparing timezone-aware handoff notes for support or operations • Checking DST-sensitive production events before rollout or analysis
