I used Skitch for many years but I'm not able to use it from my work laptop. Awesome Screen Recorder provides me many of the same capture and annotation tools Skitch had and it's nice that I can capture an entire web page, a particular selection, and also have the timed capture ability. This is a really useful screenshot tool to have for UX, marketers, and anyone who needs to provide frequent screen recordings or screenshots (with or without comments). Highly recommend.
