Problem

I installed this extension, but my cursor still will not change, on any website I use.

custom cursor doesn't change when hovering over an action

When I hover over an action, like resizing a column or area, the cursor should turn into the resize icon (left/right arrows on a column) but it doesn't do this if I enable your custom cursor plug in. Either the larger cursor is covering the resize icon, or it's a glitch that blocks it from displaying. If you don't know it's a resize action, you won't know where to hover or click to resize the area. Sounds like a bug.
