Awarify — Report Phishing
Overview
Report a suspicious or simulated phishing email straight from Gmail or Outlook on the web.
Awarify Report Phishing adds a "Report Phishing" button to Gmail and Outlook on the web, so your team can flag a suspicious email the moment they spot one — no forwarding, no copying headers, no guesswork. It's the reporting companion to Awarify's phishing-simulation and security-awareness training. When someone reports a simulated phishing email, the report is recorded against your Awarify campaign so you can see who spotted the test. Reporting a real or unknown email simply shows a confirmation. HOW IT WORKS • A "Report Phishing" button appears while you read mail in Gmail or Outlook on the web. • Click it on a suspicious message to report it in one step. • You'll see a confirmation page thanking you for the report. PRIVACY • The extension reads the open message only in your browser, only to detect the Awarify simulation identifier. • It does not read, store, or send your email content anywhere. • The only setting it stores is your organization's Awarify app address. WHO IT'S FOR Organizations running Awarify security-awareness training that want employees to report phishing straight from their inbox. Note: this extension works with an Awarify account and is intended for deployment by your organization.
