Ask Avo questions and take approved actions from any Chrome tab.

Bring Avo into a Chrome side panel so customer service teams can get trusted answers from their Avoca workspace while they work. With Avo, you can: • Sign in with your existing Avoca account • Select a workspace you are authorized to access • Ask questions about your team’s knowledge base • Review recent conversations and continue your work • Review and approve supported actions before Avo takes them • Start Live Assist on a customer call to get live, transcript-based guidance (where your team has enabled it) Avo connects securely to Avoca’s service at app.avoca.ai. Access is scoped to the workspaces available to your account. Live Assist is optional and never automatic. When Avo notices audio playing in a tab, it asks whether you are on a customer call. Only after you click Start Live Assist does it capture that tab’s audio and your microphone, stream them for live transcription, and show the transcript and suggested next steps in the side panel. Audio is not saved by the extension, and Live Assist ends as soon as you stop it.
