Neither of my accounts are linking despite them both working for about a year up until July 13, 2024. I've been attempting to get them to link again for literal months now. Customer support is useless, no sense of urgency and no idea what's happening. It's now beginning to pass the window of time that it says you can earn points from past purchases. Regarding all the Comments that no one's getting their cash back, this is from Avion Rewards FAQs --- Once you've activated an offer through the ShopPlus browser extension & have fulfilled the offer reqs, your cash back will be deposited after the return window for the retailer has passed. Depending on the merchants return policy, you can expect your cash back in either 30, 60 or 90 days. Cash is awarded once a month.

Have read many one star reviews of this app and they all say the same thing. No one seems to be getting their money back. I too decided to try getting money back through this app recently but as yet to see anything credited to my account. I chose the Avion Rewards over Rakuten as it offered 10% back vs Rakuten's 1% offer. One person stated that it may take several weeks for it to show up so I'll wait to see if this is the case. If I do get my reward I will come back and edit my review.
