No Cash back is being returned. i have never seen any transactions posted that have given me cash back

Way to complex and does not work - I have yet to receive a discount - something wrong with the app as it does not work right - so so frustrating and time consuming - sone one at Royal need to rework this so it is consumer friendly

I have never seen cash back in my Avion rewards or credit card. Avion is the most confusing rewards system ever. All of your points are linked to the way you earned them. This would be like having seperate Aeroplan accounts for points earned by flying, points earned by spending, points earned by rewards credit card.
