Aventus Jira Metrics

Flow metrics for Aventus Jira boards: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Flow Efficiency and Aging WIP, plus CFD and aging charts.

Aventus Jira Metrics adds a "Flow Metrics" button to Aventus Jira boards and opens a report with the five team flow metrics: • Lead Time — how long the business waits for a task, from the moment it appears on the board until Done. • Cycle Time — time in work, from the moment the team took the task until Done. • Throughput — tasks finished per week or month. • Flow Efficiency — the share of Cycle Time a task was actually being worked on, not waiting in queues. • Aging WIP — how long the oldest task in progress has been in work, with the full list of stale tasks, their assignees and current columns. You choose once per board which column starts the work, which column is Done and which columns are active work versus waiting; the report remembers it. Charts show throughput by week or month, the Lead/Cycle Time trend and where the time goes column by column. Tables export to CSV, and the KPI summary copies as text for reports. Also included: cycle-time histogram, aging chart, cumulative flow diagram, predictability chart and task table. Built for Aventus teams: works on the Aventus Jira (jira.aventus.work) and asks for access to that site only. All data is read from Jira with your own session and processed locally in the browser; nothing is sent anywhere else. No analytics, no tracking.
