The most ambitious Avengers: Secret Wars fan theory is now looking more plausible after reports of the original Avengers almost returning to the MCU sooner than expected. Every MCU movie released so far has been building to something much bigger than a sequel or trilogy. Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the Infinity Saga led to the explosive conclusion of Avengers: Endgame, and the Multiverse Saga is no different.
