Avaya Desktop Agent plugin is used to trigger an event to the recorder based on Agents activity on their chrome browser. It can also be used to Collect Application-Specific Data and Tag to Customer Interactions. An example of Event would be to use Avaya Desktop Agent to notify Avaya Workforce Optimization Select recording application to mute a portion of a call.
