When you open a customer record in your Desking or F&I software, Copilot detects and auto-matches the customer’s complete AVA profile in a side panel. The data is there when you need it. WHAT IT DOES Automatic customer matching Copilot detects the customer you're working with in your Desking or F&I software and automatically displays their AVA® profile. No manual search, no portal login, no copy-pasting between systems. Equifax soft-pull credit profile View the customer's full credit profile — score, credit tier, debt summary, payment history, utilization rate, and credit insights — using the soft-pull data AVA® already captured. No new credit inquiry is triggered. Trade-in details and lien information See the customer's trade-in vehicle, Canadian Black Book valuation range, lien holder, balance owing, current monthly payment, and calculated negative equity — the number that determines whether a deal works. ID verification status Check whether the customer completed AVA® ID verification, including verification outcome, verified identity details, and a downloadable ID verification report for lender submissions. Other customer information Access home address, monthly housing costs, employment details, income, and lead source — all captured through AVA®'s qualification process. Form Links If a customer is missing data, copy and share AVA® qualification links directly from the extension — Credit Soft Pull, Trade Valuation, ID Verification, ID + Credit, Test Drive Appointment, or Multistep Application — without leaving your CRM or Desking software.
