No new credit inquiry is triggered. Trade-in details and lien information See the customer's trade-in vehicle, Canadian Black Book valuation range, lien holder, balance owing, current monthly payment, and calculated negative equity — the number that determines whether a deal works. ID verification status Check whether the customer completed AVA® ID verification, including verification outcome, verified identity details, and a downloadable ID verification report for lender submissions. Other customer information Access home address, monthly housing costs, employment details, income, and lead source — all captured through AVA®'s qualification process.
